John Fleming has over 15 years of experience in the optical industry across the UK and Ireland, focusing on both clinical and commercial aspects. They served as a Graduate Optometrist at Optical Express and later as the sole Optometrist at Tesco, where they aimed to grow the business. Currently, they work as an Optometrist Director at Specsavers, providing primary eye and hearing care services while becoming increasingly involved in the commercial side of operations. John holds an MBA with First Class Honours from Technological University Dublin and a Bachelor of Science in Optometry from Ulster University. Passionate about customer care and leadership, they are dedicated to fostering high-performance workplace cultures.
