Luke Caputo

Luke Caputo is the Head of Human Resources at Specsavers, a position they have held since 2022. Previously, they served as a Senior HR Business Partner and HR Business Partner at Specsavers from 2014 to 2022. Luke's earlier experience includes roles such as HR Advisor at Simplot Australia Pty Ltd, HR Officer at Ealing, Hammersmith & West London College, and HR Advisor at The Charity for Civil Servants. Luke holds a Master’s degree in Personnel and Development from the University of Westminster and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from the University of Portsmouth.
