Sam Bugden

Sam Bugden has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Sam began their career at Baird Group plc as a Concession Manager from an unspecified start date until 2007. Sam then joined LV= in 2008, where they held multiple roles, including Sourcing Analyst, Supply Chain Manager - Technology, Sourcing Operations Manager, and Commercial Services Operations Manager. In 2015, Sam joined Vitality UK as a Sourcing Operations Manager and worked there until 2018. Currently, Sam is working at Specsavers since 2018, where they have held positions like Procurement Development Manager, Head of Procurement Services, and currently, they are serving as the Global Head of Business Change.

Sam Bugden completed a BSc (econ) degree in International Politics at Aberystwyth University from 2004 to 2007. Currently, Sam is pursuing an MCIPS (The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) degree, for which the start year is 2021. Additionally, Sam attended Bournemouth School at some point.
