Sofie Siegfrids

Sofie Siegfrids is currently the Head of People and Culture for Commercial Vehicles at Veho Oy Ab and serves as a Senior HR Business Partner at Specsavers. With extensive experience in employment law and employee relations, Sofie has previously held roles such as Head of Employee Relations and Labour Law at ISS Palvelut and Lawyer at Suomen Ekonomit. Sofie began their educational journey at Åbo Akademi, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Law, and later completed a Master's Degree in Law at Turun yliopisto, along with a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from Hanken Svenska handelshögskolan. Their career spans various sectors, providing valuable counselling on labour law and involvement in employment-related transaction projects.
