Sujith Weerasinghe

Sujith Weerasinghe, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in retail management and operational leadership. Sujith held the position of Senior Store Manager at Marks and Spencer from January 2000 to July 2008, achieving the recognition of Store Manager of the Year for 2005/2006. Following this, Sujith worked at BP with M&S as an Area Manager, creating a Model Region and optimizing sales performance from July 2008 to October 2011. A notable project included serving as Olympics Operations Manager for BP during the London 2012 Games. Subsequently, Sujith continued as an Area Manager at BP with M&S until September 2015, overseeing two high-profile regions and managing a significant team. Currently, Sujith is a Regional Relationship Manager at Specsavers, leveraging expertise in retail operations and management, supported by dual MBA degrees from the University of Lincolnshire and Humberside and the University of Lincoln.
