SPECTRA is a young independent consulting company for the chemical and biocidal industry. Our client base ranges from small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to global players. 
We are the 360° project partner for developing integrated and tailored-to-needs strategies for the authorisation of biocidal active substances and products in the European Union.

Whether active substance or biocidal product dossier, whether national or Union authorisation: SPECTRA assists you in all aspects of technical dossier preparation and submission, preparation of exposure and risk assessments, data gap analyses and development of testing and non-testing strategies, study monitoring, classification and labelling and preparation of expert statements. 
Depending on your needs, we compile complete dossiers or support your projects only in some specific scientific areas.
Our work does not end with dossier submission, but we support you also throughout the challenging defence phase until authorisation. SPECTRA has hands-on experience with the regulatory process flows of Union-wide applications and is ready to support you during all stages from dossier evaluation by your competent authority, through the phase of peer-review by Member States until ECHA Working Group and BPC meetings.
