Bar Leshem

Bar Leshem has a diverse work experience in software engineering and development. They started their career as a Freelance Software Developer in 2016, where they developed embedded systems solutions for entrepreneurs and small companies. Their specialties included software design, C/C++ and Erlang programming, understanding of electrical circuits, knowledge of communication protocols, Linux, bash scripting, and writing tested and testable code.

In 2017, Bar Leshem joined EcoPlant Technological Innovation LTD as a Software Engineer for nine months. They then moved to Radiflow, where they held the role of Software Engineer from November 2017 to March 2020. They subsequently joined the CTO Team at Radiflow as a Software Engineer until December 2020.

Their most recent position is at Spectralops.io, where they work as a Software Engineer starting from December 2020.

Prior to their software engineering roles, Bar Leshem worked as a Project Assistant at ISG - Israeli Smart Grid from August 2015 to May 2016. There, they were involved in the development of an embedded system used for creating a Power Line Communication network and measuring the behavior and performance of the "Hybrid RPL" protocol.

Bar Leshem attended Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2012 to 2016. During this time, Bar pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication System Engineering. This was their field of study at the university.
