Doug Werking

Doug Werking has a strong background in executive leadership and private equity. Doug currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Spectralink Corporation, where they were promoted by private equity owners to improve business performance and employee morale. In this role, they have successfully executed a turnaround strategy that focused on growth, new product launches, operational and cash flow improvements, and improving the company's culture. Prior to this, they held various roles at Sun Capital Partners, Inc., including Vice President of Operations, Group CFO, and Group COO. Sun Capital Partners is a global private equity firm with a focus on leveraged buyouts. Doug also has experience as a Managing Director at AlixPartners.

Doug Werking attended the University of Chicago from 1986 to 1988, earning an MBA with a specialization in Finance. Doug also obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Finance, General during the same period. Prior to that, they attended Santa Clara University from 1980 to 1984, where they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
