Jay Lenoce has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Jay started their career at SpectraLink in 1999 as a Project Manager, where they stayed until 2007. Jay then joined Polycom in 2007 and worked as a Voice Evaluation Program Manager until 2012. In 2012, Jay moved to Spectralink Corporation, first taking on the role of Sales Program Manager and later becoming Client Engagement Manager. As of now, they are still working in the latter position.

Jay Lenoce obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Colorado State University, where they attended from 1990 to 1995. In 2015, they also obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the University of Houston.
