Kyle C. has a diverse range of work experience in the field of quality engineering. Kyle started their career at Northwest Scale Systems Inc as a Field Service Technician, where they were responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various scales and food service equipment. Kyle then joined MSR-FSR as a Quality Assurance Technician, performing analytical testing and conducting inspections at semiconductor manufacturing facilities.

Following this, Kyle worked at Meggitt Sensing Systems - OECO, initially as a Manufacturing Engineer, where they recommended process improvements and performed root cause analysis. Kyle then transitioned to the role of Supplier Quality Analyst, where they established action plans for supplier quality improvements and conducted supplier audits. Kyle later became a Senior Supplier Quality Analyst, managing supplier performance ratings and establishing quality improvement plans. As a Customer Quality Engineer, they were responsible for evaluating quality and manufacturing systems and auditing vendors.

Kyle then joined Insitu Inc as a Quality Engineer, where they focused on quality control and improvement activities. After that, they worked at Orbital UAV as a Quality Engineer, overseeing supplier, production, and customer quality functions. Kyle implemented SPC, PFMEA, and Control Plans, conducted root cause analysis, and developed failure analysis reports.

Most recently, Kyle has been working at Ebara Technologies as a Quality Engineer, where they perform problem diagnosis, root-cause analysis, and develops corrective action solutions. Kyle is responsible for scheduling and conducting internal quality audits and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2008 quality system objectives.

Currently, Kyle is working at Spectralink Corporation as a Manufacturing Quality Engineer.

Kyle C. completed their education in the field of Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Kyle obtained an Associates degree in Electronic Engineering Technology from Portland Community College, where they studied from 2011 to 2013. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Engineering Technology at the Oregon Institute of Technology from 2013 to 2018.

In addition to their formal education, Kyle C. also obtained various certifications related to their field. In February 2018, they became a Certified IPC-A-620 Specialist and a month earlier, in January 2018, they obtained the certification for being a Certified IPC-A-610 Specialist, both from the IPC-Association Connecting Electronics Industries. In March 2017, they completed the AS13001A: DPRV Personnel training from SAE International. The training for Lean Six Sigma Green Belt was completed in March 2017 through Meggitt. Kyle C. also obtained the SAE AS9100 Rev C Lead Auditor certification from BSI in October 2015, and the SAE AS9100 Rev C Internal Auditor certification from the same institution in April 2015.
