Randall Stanton

Randall Stanton currently serves as the Director of Hardware Engineering and Global Manager of R&D Hardware Engineering at Spectralink Corporation since May 2013. Prior experience includes a managerial role in engineering at Polycom from March 2007 to May 2013, and a similar position at SpectraLink from January 1994 to March 2007. Randall began their career at Ball Aerospace, working in RF Engineering from August 1983 to January 1994, where expertise was developed in RF and antenna solutions, including custom-designed transmit and receive modules and phased arrays for space and airborne applications.
