Yair Eliash

Yair Eliash currently serves as the Director of Sales and Business Development at Spectralx, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this role, Yair held the same title at Roboteam from September 2019 to July 2023 and was the Director of Operations at Reservists on Duty from June 2018 to September 2019, where responsibilities included managing a $2,000,000 budget and overseeing international advocacy projects for Israel. Yair's earlier experience includes project management at iGroup LTD, where collaboration in the retail market and team leadership for tech and marketing initiatives were key tasks. As an Associate Lawyer at Tulchinsky Stern Marciano Cohen Levitski & Co., Yair supported startups and foreign investors in Israel. Yair began a legal career with a law internship at the Ministry of Justice, followed by a role as Liaison Manager at G4S. Yair holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Bar-Ilan University and has also pursued studies in creative writing.
