Anthony Geraghty

Anthony Geraghty has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as Chief Counsel - M&A at Spectris plc since August 2019. In this role, Anthony has also held positions as Group M&A Counsel and M&A Counsel. Prior to joining Spectris plc, Anthony gained valuable experience at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer from February 2013 to July 2019, where responsibilities included serving as an Associate and Trainee Solicitor. Anthony's educational background includes a degree in Modern Languages (French and German) from the University of Oxford (2007-2011) and legal studies at BPP Law School (2011-2013).
