Mandy Gradden

Mandy Gradden served as Chief Financial Officer at Detica Group plc from 2003 to 2009 and held the same position at Torex Retail Holdings Limited from 2009 to 2012. They were the Group Financial Controller at Dalgety PLC between 1997 and 1999 and the Director of Corporate Development at Telewest Communications PLC from 2000 to 2002. Mandy contributed as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee at SDL from 2012 to 2020 and has continued in similar roles at Ascential plc, Spectris plc, and previously at Blujay Solutions Limited. Currently, they also serve as Chair of the Listing Authority Advisory Panel at the Financial Conduct Authority.
