Jun Zhou

Jun Zhou has over 9 years of experience in the technology industry. Jun is currently serving as the Founding Chief Architect and Senior Director of Engineering at Spectro Cloud since July 2019. In their role, they are responsible for leading the architectural design and engineering efforts.

Prior to their current role, Jun worked at Cisco for three years from April 2016 to June 2019, where they served as a Software Technical Lead. Jun joined Cisco through acquisition and led the Cisco Cloudcenter architecture team. Jun was responsible for designing and building a Kubernetes-based common framework and automating the full lifecycle management of Kubernetes for public and private clouds.

Before joining Cisco, Jun worked at CliQr Technologies as a Principal Software Engineer from January 2014 to April 2016.

Jun's career started at Baidu, Inc. in May 2010, where they served as a Senior Software Engineer. In this role, they were the technical lead of the Baidu Accounts & Baidu Application Open Platform team. Jun built distributed systems that supported billions of requests per day.
