Louis Toth is an accomplished investor and board member with extensive experience in technology and venture capital. Presently, Toth serves on the board of multiple companies, including TrustLogix, Aviz Networks, DataPelago, Videon, SiLC Technologies, and SiMa.ai, specializing in areas such as unified data access security, enterprise networking software, data analytics, intelligent video streaming, and LiDAR technology. As the managing partner at Alter Venture Partners, Toth leads a venture capital fund focused on early-stage B2B technology investments. Additionally, Toth holds advisory roles in various corporate venture capital funds. Educational credentials include an MBA and an MA in International Studies from The Wharton School and the University of Pennsylvania, along with a BSE in Materials Engineering and a BS in Finance from the same institutions.
