Vipin Sharma began their work experience in 2003 at Infosys Technologies Ltd as a Programmer Analyst and later transitioned to the role of Software Engineer. Vipin worked on various software development projects until 2006.
In 2006, Vipin joined Fujitsu Network Communications as a Software Engineer, where they worked for a year.
In 2007, they joined Cisco as a Software Engineer and gradually progressed to the role of Sr. Software Engineer. During their time at Cisco, they worked on embedded platform support and port bring-up support for Nexus 5000/6000 and UCS. Vipin also contributed to EMS/NMS support for Nexus 5000/6000 and UCS. From May 2014 to January 2022, Vipin served as a Technical Lead, leading the UCS Platform development team. Vipin was responsible for new hardware bring-up and adding platform and firmware management support.
Currently, Vipin Sharma is working at Spectro Cloud as a Principal Engineer, starting from January 2022.
Vipin Sharma obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science from Maharshi Dayanand University, completing their studies between 1998 and 2002. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained various certifications, including Machine Learning from Stanford University through Coursera Course Certificates in July 2016, Machine Learning: Regression in June 2016, Machine Learning Foundations: A Case Study Approach in May 2016, and CKA: Certified Kubernetes Administrator from The Linux Foundation in July 2022. Vipin also received the CKAD: Certified Kubernetes Application Developer certification from The Linux Foundation in June 2022.
