Luis Vila has worked at Spectrotel since 2016. Luis started as a Service Delivery Coordinator, where they were responsible for provisioning and maintaining the Hosted Cloud PBX. Luis worked with onsite technicians to install pre-configured equipment and updated orders, documentation, and tasks in the ticketing system. Luis Vila obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from DeVry University, where they studied from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned a High School Diploma from Elizabeth High School, although the specific years of attendance are not provided.

In addition to their formal education, Luis has obtained several certifications. In September 2020, they received the NSE5 Certification from Fortinet. In May 2021, they obtained the NSE4 Certification from the same institution, followed by the NSE 7 Certification in June 2021. Most recently, in January 2022, Luis earned the Juniper Networks Certified Associate - Junos (JNCIA-SEC) certification from Juniper Networks.
