Steve Ray

Steve Ray currently serves as the Director of Expense Management at Spectrotel, a position held since October 2023. Previously, from 2016 to September 2023, Steve worked as the Carrier Relations Manager at Intrado, managing carrier relationships and leading contract negotiations for a telecom business unit. Steve has extensive experience in telecommunications, having held various roles including Telecom Project Manager at OptiCOMM Solutions Group and Vice President of Carrier Management at Lightyear Network Solutions. Throughout a career spanning over three decades, Steve has demonstrated expertise in project management, business development, and carrier relations, working with major telecom providers and cross-functional teams to achieve corporate objectives. Steve holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Kentucky.
