John Boylan

John Boylan has extensive experience in the real estate industry, currently serving as the President of Asset Management and Chief Commercial Officer at The Spectrum Companies since 1992. Prior roles include Vice President and General Manager within the same organization. John began a career at The Spectrum Companies as a Leasing Associate from 1989 to 1991. John Boylan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from East Tennessee State University, earned between 1980 and 1985.
