Michael Simmons

Michael Simmons is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in multifamily development and asset management. From November 2021 to February 2023, Michael served as Senior Director of Multifamily Development at The Spectrum Companies, focusing on multifamily projects across the Southeast. Prior to that, Michael held various roles at Terwilliger Pappas Multi-Family Partners, including Director of Asset Management/Finance, managing substantial multifamily assets during construction and lease-up phases, and executing sales processes. Michael's career also includes significant contributions as a Senior Investment Analyst at Pacolet Milliken, LLC, overseeing multifamily and retail asset management, and an internship at Ernst & Young in the Transaction Real Estate practice. Michael holds a Master of Real Estate Development from Clemson University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from The University of Southern Mississippi.
