Ander Mitchell

Ander Mitchell is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and leadership. Currently serving as Senior Community Manager at Spectrum Association Management since May 2014, Ander manages a portfolio of Homeowner Associations and oversees relations with the Board of Directors and the community. Previously, as Executive Pastor at Sweet Home Church from January 2007 to October 2018, Ander managed, planned, directed, and evaluated church staff activities. From July 1984 to September 2012, Ander held the position of Manager for the Labor Market and Career Information program at the Texas Workforce Commission, overseeing critical employment statistics for Texas. Additionally, as Chairman of the Capital Area Campaign for the State Employee Charitable Campaign from February 1994 to April 1999, Ander developed advertising and promotional strategies to enhance campaign participation. Ander earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin and was the high school valedictorian at Woodville High School.
