Dylan Hensley is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the field of RF engineering. Beginning as an intern at CST - Computer Simulation Technology in 2013, Dylan progressed to various roles at Mercury Systems from July 2016 to October 2018, including RF Engineer I, RF Engineer II, RF Engineer III, and Principal RF Engineer, while contributing to both lead and supporting roles on multiple programs. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Spectrum Control since January 2025, Dylan holds a Master's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a Bachelor of Engineering from Western New England College.
