Joss Spear

Joss Spear is a Radio Frequency Design Engineer at Spectrum Control since September 2021, having previously held the position of Graduate RF Engineer. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant to the Managing Director at Spear Financial Limited from May 2018 to August 2020, where work occurred during university term breaks. Additionally, Joss completed work experience placements at Lane Clark & Peacock and Patent Outsourcing Limited in October 2015 and June 2013, respectively. Joss holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree from the University of Birmingham, which was achieved between 2016 and 2021.
