Timothy Cooney

Timothy Cooney is an experienced engineering technician with a career spanning several decades in the semiconductor and military sectors. At API Technologies, Inc. since February 2014, Timothy specializes as an Engineering Technician III, focusing on the repair and preventive maintenance of process equipment for wafer fabrication. Previously, from January 1995 to October 2012, Timothy worked at Allegro MicroSystems, Inc. in various roles, including as a photo technician responsible for maintaining photolithography equipment and as an engineering technician for diffusion and epitaxial systems. Timothy's early career includes serving as a Technical Sergeant in the 101st TCS MANG in Worcester, MA, where maintenance of wideband communication equipment was a key responsibility. Educational qualifications include certification in Electronics and Radio repair from the Community College of the Air Force and an Associate of Science degree in Environmental Science from Becker Jr College.
