Dinh Lam is an accomplished System Test Engineer II at Spectrum Controls since July 2021, bringing extensive experience in electrical engineering from previous roles at Belshaw Adamatic Bakery Group, where significant contributions included leading the design of a patent-pending automated donut handler, achieving UL508A certification, and implementing solutions that saved the company over $55,000. Dinh also played a pivotal role in troubleshooting and optimizing manufacturing processes, contributing to substantial reductions in production downtime and costs. An earlier experience as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Washington Bothell involved conducting rigorous testing on RRAM cells and presenting findings to diverse audiences. Dinh holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington Bothell and a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Engineering from the University of Washington.
