Kathy Plake possesses extensive experience in sales and customer service across various industries. Currently serving as an Inside Sales representative at Spectrum Controls since February 2023, Kathy previously held a role at Gibson Abrasive Equipment, LLC, where responsibility included managing over 100 client accounts and achieving significant sales growth. Previous positions include Inside Sales Support at Hardwoods Specialty Products, Sales Account Executive at Jordan Automotive Group, Customer Service Supervisor at Wintergreen Systems, and Production Line Supervisor at Accra Pac Group. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Bethel University and has foundational education from Ivy Tech Community College.
