We currently manage $450M of mixed-use, urban and student housing development in the Puget Sound Area. Our team has overseen development and construction for a wide range of clients including higher education, civic entities, health care, arts and cultural institutions and private land owners. Our primary market is made up of public and private institutions in the Puget Sound region seeking oversight for the programming, design, development, financing and construction of mixed-use, urban, environmentally sustainable, student and workforce housing. Spectrum has earned a reputation as the region’s leading expert in student housing development and has worked on the campuses of 10 higher education institutions including both public and private universities.
