Jake McKinstry

Jake McKinstry is the Managing Partner and Principal at Spectrum Development Solutions, a Seattle based real estate advisory and development company specializing in mixed-use, transit oriented, and environmentally sustainable development in the Pacific Northwest. Prior to their current role, Jake served as a Development Manager at Seneca Real Estate Group and as a Project Manager at AF Evans. Jake holds a MS in Urban Planning from Columbia University and a BA in English from Boston College.
