Charles Immendorf has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Charles is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of Spectrum Effect, a company focused on wireless network optimization. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Self Organizing Networks (SON) at Nokia from 2015 to 2018. Before Nokia, they were the Co-Founder and CEO of Eden Rock Communications for eight years. Charles also worked as the SVP Innovation at SR Telecom, the VP Software Engineering at Netro Corporation, and the Software Engineering Director at AT&T Wireless. Charles began their career as a Senior Software Engineer at Motorola.

Charles Immendorf earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University between the years 1987 and 1991.
