Debby Toye

Debby Toye has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Debby began their career at Bank of Montreal in 2001, where they worked in the Technology & Solutions department. In 2006, they joined IBM as a Program Manager before moving on to SR Telecom as an R&D Project Manager. In 2007, they became the Chief Financial Officer at Eden Rock Communications, a position they held for eight years.

In 2015, Debby joined Nokia as a Business Operations Manager, where they worked for three years before transitioning to Opanga Networks in 2018. At Opanga Networks, they served as the Chief Financial Officer for four years until 2022. Debby then moved on to Spectrum Effect, where they currently hold the position of Chief Financial Officer.

Debby Toye received their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from McGill University, which they attended from 1997 to 2001. Debby furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and Information Systems from McGill University, from 2003 to 2006.
