Jorge Webb

Jorge Webb has extensive work experience in the engineering services and customer support field. Jorge is currently serving as the Vice President of Engineering Services & Customer Support at Spectrum Effect, a position they have held since January 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Nokia as the Head of Engineering Services SON from July 2015 to September 2018. From 2007 to June 2015, Jorge served as the VP of Engineering Services at Eden Rock Communications. Before that, they held various roles at SR Telecom, including Director of Customer Services from January 2006 to November 2007, and Project Manager Field Trials from January 2004 to January 2006. Jorge also worked at Netro Corporation as a Senior Customer Support Engineer from February 2001 to December 2003, and at Lucent Technologies as a Systems Engineer from January 1999 to January 2001.

Jorge Webb attended Tecnológico de Monterrey from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Electronics.
