Michael Larsen

Michael Larsen is the Principal Lighting Designer at Spectrum Engineers, where they have worked since 2021. With over twenty years of experience in lighting design, they have developed an extensive portfolio that includes hospitality, high-end custom homes, office, retail, schools, and healthcare facilities. Michael's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Utah. They have also taught lighting design courses and seminars for various institutions and are a LEED Accredited Professional, contributing to numerous LEED certified projects, including several that achieved LEED Platinum status. Prior to their current role, Michael held positions at Interface Engineering, Biella Lighting, and Benya Lighting Design.
