Steve O'Neill

Steve O'Neill has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Steve currently holds the position of Regional Sales Manager at Spectrum Lighting, Inc., where they oversee sales operations and ensures the delivery of high-quality lighting fixtures. Prior to this role, they served as a Key Account Manager and Technical Sales representative at the same company.

Before joining Spectrum Lighting, Inc., O'Neill worked at RISE Engineering as a Project Development Specialist, providing inside sales support and developing proposals and cost analysis tools. Steve also gained experience as an Auditor at Northern Energy Services, where they conducted audits.

Earlier in their career, O'Neill worked as a Lighting Auditor at Synergy Investment, Inc. and DMC Services. Steve also served as an Auditor at Renova Lighting.

O'Neill's career journey began in the U.S. Coast Guard, where they served as a Boatswain's mate for four years.

Steve O'Neill attended LaSalle Academy from 1981 to 1985, where they earned their High School Diploma.
