Beth Randall is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer satisfaction and operations, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Satisfaction & Operations at Spectrum Technologies, Inc. since September 2011, where responsibilities include managing technical representatives and warehouse staff. Prior to this role, Beth held positions as Customer Satisfaction Manager and Product Development Assistant, where assistance was provided to the product development team. In addition to this, Beth is the President and Owner of Joe Organizer, LLC, which has been operational since May 2003, following an 18-year career in IT.
