Spectrum Training Solutions was founded in 2020 with a single mission: to maximize the safety and effectiveness of interactions with the special needs population.  We approach each of our clients with fresh eyes to develop customized training that is specific to your agency and industry.  Since the establishment of the business, training topics have expanded to meet the needs of clients as well as the industries receiving training to now include police and fire departments, early childhood education, higher education, and healthcare systems.
