Ling Shao

Ling Shao is currently the Chief Executive Officer of SpectrumAi, where they lead efforts to make high-quality and affordable ABA services accessible to all children on the Autism spectrum, particularly in vulnerable communities. Prior to their current role, they served as the Chief Commercial Officer at Buoy Health from 2019 to 2021. Before that, Ling was the National Vice President at Optum from 2014 to 2019 and Senior Vice President of Strategic Solutions at American Well from 2012 to 2014. Ling also held various positions at UnitedHealthcare, including Health Innovations Executive, Strategic Client Executive, and Director of Clinical Business Development from 2004 to 2012. Ling's earlier experience includes a marketing role at Medtronic in 2004 and a consulting role at Strategy&, part of the PwC network, from 2000 to 2003. Ling began their career as a Nurse in the US Army from 1995 to 2000.

Ling Shao completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Nuclear Engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 1995 to 2000. Later, from 2003 to 2005, they pursued an MBA at Harvard Business School.
