Ben Hibbert

Ben Hibbert is an experienced operations leader in the biotechnology and construction sectors, currently serving as the Director of Operations at SpectrumX since June 2020, where Ben has played a pivotal role in establishing the company's UK headquarters and R&D and manufacturing capabilities. Prior to this, Ben held the position of Director at C4 Projects Limited, providing consultancy services across various stages of project development, and worked as an Associate Director at Arcadis, focusing on project and cost management. Furthermore, Ben served as Associate Director and Principle Consultant at Currie & Brown, contributing to project management and quantity surveying initiatives, and began a career at Sweett Group, where responsibilities included comprehensive construction consultancy. Ben holds a BSc in Quantity Surveying from The University of Salford and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
