Daniel Lim

Daniel Lim has over 20 years of experience in various IT roles. Currently, they serve as the Head of IT at SPEE3D, where they manage projects, advises stakeholders, and leads digital transformation efforts. Prior to this, they worked at Fleetwood Corporation for over 20 years, first as an IT support technician, then as an IT support team leader, and later as the Group IT manager. In these roles, they managed teams, supported end-users, and oversaw IT projects. Daniel'smost recent position at Fleetwood Corporation was as the Chief Technology Officer, where they provided strategic leadership for technology and IT infrastructure, advised stakeholders, and managed IT risk. Daniel also gained experience as a Visual Basic/Database Programmer at SystemArt, where they provided programming and customer support.

Daniel Lim obtained their Diploma of Science in Computing/IT from the Perth Institute of Business and Technology (PIBT) in 1997. Following this, from 1998 to 2001, they pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Edith Cowan University. Prior to tertiary education, Daniel attended Woodlands Secondary School in Singapore from 1992 to 1995. In terms of additional certifications, they completed the TechLX Leadership Program in June 2023. Furthermore, they hold certifications as a Microsoft Certified Database Administrator, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, PRINCE2 Foundation, and PRINCE2 Practitioner, although the associated institutions and specific years of achievement are not provided.
