Greg Stack has over 40 years of work experience in various leadership roles within the technology industry. Greg has worked at companies such as Speech-Soft Solutions, Nuance Communications, ShoreGroup, Inc, eLoyalty, eLoyalty Corporation, Technology Solutions Company, Household International, General Mills, and the City of Saint Paul.
At Speech-Soft Solutions, Stack served as the Senior Vice President, responsible for product development, cloud migration, digital transformation, AI conversational intelligence, partner relationships, vendor interaction, and strategy and business development.
At Nuance Communications, they were the Director of Professional Services, Partner Interaction and CTI Solutions, where they managed engagements for CTI solutions and professional services for contact centers, self-service speech environments, and mobile integration projects.
Stack also worked at ShoreGroup, Inc as the Vice President of Operations, overseeing 145 employees involved in converged networks, unified communications, contact center, and real-time monitoring. Greg focused on expanding contact center and unified communications practices and creating processes and methodologies to support growth.
At eLoyalty, Stack held two roles, including Group VP for Speech enabled self-service, CTI, and call center architectures, where they built a $15 million annual revenue practice. Greg also served as the Vice President - Account Partner, leading the re-engineering of customer interaction infrastructure for a large financial services vertical and a major global airline.
As the Senior Vice President and CTO at eLoyalty Corporation, Stack was responsible for global technology architects and initiated partnerships with Cisco, Nuance, and CRM package vendors.
At Technology Solutions Company, Stack was the Vice President - Proficiency Leader, overseeing a 40+ person practice focused on call center architecture, customer experience solutions, speech-enabled self-service, cross-channel interaction, and customer loyalty.
Stack began their career at the City of Saint Paul as a Systems Analyst/Programmer, working on complex simulations of state tax law and mill rate impacts on cities and tax districts.
Throughout their career, Stack has demonstrated expertise in product development, cloud migration, digital transformation, AI conversational intelligence, partner relationships, CTI solutions, unified communications, contact center operations, speech-enabled self-service, and customer interaction infrastructure re-engineering. Greg has successfully led global teams, managed partnerships, and delivered projects with significant revenue.
Greg Stack holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Management and Operations, from Marquette University. Greg later pursued an MBA degree with a specialization in Management Information Systems (MIS) from the University of Minnesota.
