JP Reddy has a diverse work experience in the field of speech and contact center product development. JP started their career at Intervoice Inc. in 1991 as a Staff/Architect and worked on IVR development and technology migration to VoiceXML standards. JP also played a significant role in the integration of IVR and speech applications in call center environments. In 2006, they joined eLoyalty Corp. as a Principal and continued their work in speech and contact center solutions until 2009. In the same year, they worked as an IVR & CTI Solutions architect at SalliMae. Since 2008, JP Reddy has been with Speech-Soft Solutions, initially as a VP and later assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer. In their current position as CEO, they are responsible for strategic consulting, business plan development, and sales strategy for the company's speech and contact center products. JP has also served as the principal architect for various CISCO based product lines, such as Cisco CVP/UCCE, Unified Communications, Nuance Speech, Genesys Framework, Avaya Voice Portal, Comm. Manager, and CMS.
JP Reddy obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Central Oklahoma between the years 1989 and 1991.
