Speed 3D Inc. is an AI software company specializing in on-device intelligence, computer vision, and generative AI. We build proprietary models for facial and body tracking, landmark detection, image processing, identity-preserving generation, and real-time AI inference — covering the full stack from model architecture and training to runtime optimization and edge deployment.

Over 8 years of deep work in augmented reality pushed us to go further: building our own AI systems from the ground up and integrating them into scalable commercial hardware platforms.

In 2019, we introduced Picbot — Taiwan's first locally designed AR virtual photo booth — which evolved into a real-world AI deployment platform used by hundreds of global brands. In 2022, we developed our own facial landmark and mesh AI models and were formally recognized as an AI company by Taiwan's Ministry of Digital Affairs.

In 2024, we launched AI Virtual Studio (AVS), a generative AI platform combining proprietary models with edge hardware for large-scale commercial use, including professional sports partnerships. In 2025, we introduced Picbot Beauty, an AI-powered retail platform running on Qualcomm Snapdragon X Elite for stable, on-device inference. In 2026, we migrated the Picbot ecosystem to Snapdragon X2 Elite, advancing on-device generative AI, multi-face detection, and real-time identity-preserving image generation.
