Laura Murphy is a seasoned professional in public relations and brand engagement, currently serving as Head of Beauty, Health & Wellbeing at Speed Communications since June 2014, where a focus on impactful brand communication is prioritized. In July 2024, Laura co-founded Chemistry we Create, a specialist Rx PR agency in collaboration with MISSION agency Solaris Health, leveraging extensive experience in healthcare communications. Previously, Laura held the role of Account Director at Octane Limited from February 2009 to June 2014, managing PR strategies, campaigns, and client relationships. Laura's career began at L'Oreal as a Graduate Management Trainee in 2008 and started with Ebel as a PR & Marketing Assistant in 2007. Laura holds a BA Hons in Business and Marketing from the University of Strathclyde.
