Staff are encouraged to further their education and continue training to enhance their career and value. We have a flourishing Apprenticeship programme.

Suppliers are an integral part of our business and we work hard to form a close working relationship with them so that they can share our commitment and enthusiasm to outstanding Customer Service. We do not class them as external to our business, but form a partnership with them.

Customers will always be at the heart of our business and we are proud that we have never yet lost a Customer. Our mission is to always be better than our Customers expect us to be, to form a close and trusting working relationship with them. We think we’ve got the balance just about right, offering a very personable approach whilst remaining transparent and professional.
