Yoav Etsion

Yoav Etsion has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and institutions. Yoav is currently serving as the CTO & Co-Founder of Speedata.io since September 2019. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate Professor at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from May 2017 onwards. Before their promotion to Associate Professor, they held the position of Assistant Professor at the same institute from March 2012 to May 2017.

Yoav also worked as a Senior Researcher at Barcelona Supercomputing Center from November 2008 to December 2011. Furthermore, they worked as a PhD student at Hebrew University of Jerusalem, starting in 2003, until their completion in September 2009.

Yoav Etsion obtained a PhD in Computer Science from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Yoav studied at the university from 2003 to 2008.
