Ryan Hanford has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Ryan started their career as an intern at Ethicon in 2000. In 2003, they joined Baker Hughes as a Field Engineer and held positions such as Drilling Application Engineer, Tricone Product Line Manager, and Sr. Drilling Applications Engineer Team Lead. Ryan also served as a Field Career Development Manager and a Drilling Operations Advisor. In 2014, they joined NOV and worked as an Executive Sales Team Lead and later as a Product Management, Development and Commercialization Manager. Ryan then served as a Sr. Manager for Digital Products & Automation Support and a Sr. Manager for Product Management, Development, and Strategy. Ryan joined Baker Hughes again in 2022 as the Director of Product Management. Currently, they are working at Speedcast as the Director of Product Line Management.

Ryan Hanford obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business, which they attended from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Texas Tech University - Edward E. Whitacre, Jr. College of Engineering, where they studied from 1997 to 2003.
