Stuart Hayes

Stuart Hayes has a diverse range of work experience in the telecommunications industry. Stuart has held several leadership positions at Hermes Datacomms, including Technical Operations Director and Senior Technical Project Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for managing technical resources, ensuring technical excellence and standards, and leading engineering teams in North Africa. Prior to their time at Hermes, Stuart worked as a Project Engineer at HNC Telecommunication, providing engineering solutions for Oil and Gas companies. Stuart also has experience as a Systems Engineer Technician at HNC Telecommunication and as the Head of Technical Maintenance Section at JSSU Ayias Nikolaios, where they were responsible for the maintenance and operation of HF systems and VSAT installations. Stuart's most recent role is as the Director of Capacity Management and Engineering at Speedcast, where they oversee global satellite capacity requirements and works to provide cost-effective solutions while maintaining profitability.

Stuart Hayes attended Sir John Deanes Sixth Form College from 1996 to 1998, where they studied Physics, IT, and Electronics.
