Will Mudge

Will Mudge has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Will has held various roles in different companies, starting with Teledyne Oil & Gas from 2004 to 2010, where they served as a Project Engineer responsible for a key product line. Will then joined Harris CapRock as a Systems Engineer from 2010 to 2011, leading a significant project and ensuring successful delivery. At Harris CapRock Communications, they held multiple positions, including Continuous Availability Engineering Manager, Program Manager, and Director of Engineering. In these roles, they implemented tools, processes, and mentoring programs to improve engineering projects and drive continuous improvement. Will also served as the Strategic Product Marketing Manager, defining and grooming the company's product portfolio. Most recently, they worked at Speedcast, where they served as the Director of Engineering, Director of Satellite Capacity and Technology, and Vice President of Engineering Operations. Currently, they are a Board Member of the World Teleport Association.

Will Mudge obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Physics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Will attended the university from 2000 to 2004.
