Manoj Kumar

Manoj Kumar is the Senior GM, Works & Service at Speedcrafts Limited. Manoj has over 20 years of experience in the engineering and manufacturing industries.

Manoj started their career as a Quality Engineer with Kirby-India Limited in 2000. In this role, they were responsible for ensuring the quality of products manufactured by Kirby-India Limited. Manoj also worked on better and minimum material handling and layout improvement.

In 2008, they joined Everest Group as a Senior Officer-PEB (Prod&QC). In this role, they were responsible for preparing reports on the progress of projects, preparing quality assurance plans, providing coil color and profile samples to marketing team, attending customer project site complaints and solving them. Manoj also followed departmental procedures and policies as per ISO-9001.

In 2012, they joined Dmix SRL- Italy (JV) Speedcrafts Limited as the Deputy General Manager (Plant Operations). In this role, they were responsible for the overall operations of the plant.

In 2014, they joined DMIX SPEEDCRAFTS LIMITED as the Manager - MFG & ASSLY. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the manufacturing and assembly operations of the company.

In 2015, they joined EPACK Industries Pvt Ltd (PEB Unit-2) as the Operations Manager. In this role, they were responsible for the day-to-day operations of the PEB Unit-2.

In 2018, they joined Speedcrafts Limited as the Senior GM, Works & Service. In this role, they are responsible for the works and service operations of the company.

Manoj Kumar has a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the Roorkee Institute of Science and Technology, Haridwar. Manoj also has an Intermediate degree in Science from Vidhya Mandir Inter Collage, BHEL, Haridwar. In addition, they have a Diploma in Industrial Technology from the Govt College of Industrial Trainning, Haridwar. Finally, they have a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from KL Polytechnic, Roorkee-Haridwar.

They are on a team with Shashank Agarwala - Director, International Sales, M J Jafri - Senior GM, Marketing, and Lalit Mour - CGM, Finance. Manoj Kumar reports to Satyendra Agarwala, Managing Director.
