Sanjay Kumar is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in manufacturing, particularly in the fields of construction machinery and equipment. They began their career as an Engineer in Design & Development at Indication Instruments Limited from 2005 to 2007, before moving to Action Construction Equipment Ltd., where they have held various roles since 2012, currently serving as the Purchase Manager for the Agricultural Equipment Division. Sanjay also leads the Purchase department at Speedcrafts Private Limited, specializing in manufacturing asphalt and concrete equipment worldwide. They focus on helping MSME startup founders double their revenue authentically through their C.A.R.E. Evolution™ system.
